Former French international footballer of Ghanaian descent has described as fake, news making rounds that seem to suggest that he is in line to become the Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association. Marcel Desailly took to social media to disassociate himself from the news.

This is not the first time Marcel Desailly has been linked to some roles within the Ghana Football Association. Some years back, news went rife that he was set to be appointed as the coach of the Black Stars.
