Another Ghanaian nurse based in the United States (US), known as Freda Ocran has died after contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Mrs. Ocran used to work as a Head Nurse at the Psychiatric Unit of the Jacobi Medical Center in New York City.
The 50-year-old’s death was confirmed by her son Kwame Ocran, who said his mum died last Saturday.
The deceased was reportedly concerned about the lack of coronavirus precautions and testing while working at the Jacobi Medical Center.
